We found the staff to be of the highest caliber and quite courteous and extraordinarily helpful with all manner of questions: how to get to near and far locations, where best to eat, shop, relax, etc. Wonderful staff.
Lo staff dell’hotel era fantastico, estremamente disponibile e ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno a Positano memorabile. L’hotel è molto pulito e sicuro e a breve distanza da tutti i punti di maggiore interesse. I membri dello staff erano ben felici di aiutarci a organizzare gli spostamenti, di prenotare nei ristoranti per nostro conto, ecc. ecc. Ci torneremo.
.This hotel has been beautifully renovated, it is charming and should be on top of any hotel in Positano, It is most central and has (if wanted) rooms with a view. I will definitely return
A localização, não precisavamos usar o carro pois tinhamos tudo bem ao lado do hotel.A proprietária Marella é muito simpatica ,sempre pronta a programar os passeios que requisitavamos. Adoramos.
The stay was absolutely incredible. This is a family-run hotel, and the staff were the friendliest and most accommodating we have ever experienced at a hotel. My wife and I do a lot of travelling, and we have never been so surprised by the friendliness and helpfulness of staff at a hotel. The rooms were very clean, quiet and cool and the view from the delux room was great.
Unseasonal torrential rain for two days made Positano very difficult to enjoy. The relatively short glimpse of Positano we got will ensure we return again. Hotel was excellent and staff more than accommodating.
Very good location, only five minutes from the beach! And the staff is the kindest and most friendly ever. It has a small balcony with view and it was fabulous.
Myself and partner had a fab stay at La Bougainville. The were excellent and very, very helpful, we are getting married in Positano next year and I would recommend the Hotel to any of our guests.
