The Hotel Bougainville is a small family run Hotel and as a result of this you get a very personnel friendly service and a warm smile every day. Simon (one of the owners) always had time to talk to us about our plans for the day and would offer advice about where to go and where not to go, good local advice is invaluable. We had originally planned to stay for one night and travel on to the South for a week (this was a disaster) and luckily for they had a room free, we stayed in the South for 1 night and drove back to Positano the next day. Where we were greeted with a warm smile and a feeling of coming home.
When we re-visit Positano we will be staying again at the Hotel Bougainville and we would like to thank them for making our holiday a memorable one.

We just wanted to send a note to say how very much we enjoyed our stay at La Bougainville in Positano! It was one of the highlights of our European vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful and especially the Proprietor.

Thanks again for everything that you did to make our trip amazing and our wedding day so special. You and your entire staff were wonderful, and we could not have been more pleased with the Hotel Bougainville. Jason and I have hopes of being back in Positano to celebrate our anniversary and we will definitely stay there again. His parents feel in love with the town also, so they hope to be back next year. Not only will we all be staying with you with each visit, but we will definitely recommend the hotel to friends as well.

Thank you so much for recommending Le Tre Sorelle for our wedding dinner and for coordinating the meeting with the owner as well. Our wedding dinner was fabulous and the memories we made will last forever!

A friendly, clean, beautiful hotel with the same view but 1/3rd the price of the "name" Positano hotels. The owners & staff bend over backwards to be helpful and know EVERYTHING about the Amalfi coast, etc. English is spoken as well as other major European languages.We have been going here for 15+ years and its always been a fantastic experience.

This is the BEST BUY in Positano.
